An 'association uniting five hundred olive production territories in Italy
Città dell'Olio
The National Association of Oil Cities is based at Villa Parigini in the municipality of Monteriggioni (Siena).

Founded in Larino (Campobasso) in December 1994, it brings together municipalities, provinces, chambers of commerce, LAGs (Local Action Groups) - in accordance with European regulations - and parks, located in territories in which oils are produced that document adequate olive-growing traditions connected to environmental, historical, cultural values and/or falling under a Denomination of Origin.

Specifically, the Association's main tasks include disseminating the culture of the olive tree and quality olive oil; protecting and promoting the environment and the olive-growing landscape; disseminating the history of olive-growing; and guaranteeing the consumer through the enhancement of designations of origin, organizing events, and implementing communication and marketing strategies aimed at raising awareness of Italy's great olive-growing heritage.

FIPE Trieste is the territorial expression of the Italian Federation of Public Establishments. It represents and assists bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, pastry shops as well as discos, bathing establishments and canteens.

The offices are the intermediary capable of collecting members' requests and providing them with adequate answers by interfacing with Bodies, Institutions and Public Administration, simplifying the lives of businesses.

After 40 years, O.N.A.O.O. is now known and, often imitated, all over the world.

The National Organization of Olive Oil Tasters was the first in the world to spread the technique of olive oil tasting.

From 1983 to the present day, much of its institutional activities have been oriented toward the training of thousands of professionals who, by participating from every continent in courses and the many initiatives related to “planet oil,” have become important world reference points in this field.

O.N.A.O.O. courses are created by drawing lessons from ancient knowledge, handed down by the founding fathers of the Organization, combined with the most modern scientific knowledge: thanks to constantly updated training proposals and teachers of the highest international level, students can draw on an invaluable heritage
result of years of study, in-depth study and work in the field.

O.n.a.o.o. is not only training, but
it represents a place for exchange, experience, debate and advocacy of the quality of olive oils.

Mirabilia is always present at Olio Capitale promoting the internationalization of cultural tourism, developing activities and initiatives in line with the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Ministry of Development.
Mirabilia


It is a nonprofit association established by Unioncamere Nazionale and 21 Italian Chambers of Commerce to connect and enhance areas that share significant historical, cultural and environmental importance and are characterized by the presence of UNESCO - World Heritage sites.

A partnership, created to create interaction between institutional and economic actors and between governance models at the basis of territorial development policies, to which the Chambers of Commerce and all the structures of the chamber system can join.

Sustainable tourism
The Mirabilia Network was among the signatories of the Glasgow Declaration, which aims to reduce polluting sources. This confirms the commitment in the direction of all-round sustainability, through the dissemination of culture, policies, technologies and practices that can cope with events such as market volatility, social conflicts and extreme weather events.

Education and training
Mirabilia organizes educational tours focused on the enhancement of artistic craftsmanship and territory. It is a partner, in collaboration with the Network's 21 chambers of commerce, in the Master's program in cultural heritage management for tourism development with the University of Perugia and in agreement with the University of Basilicata.

Technological promotion
Mirabilia adopts advanced technologies to promote accessibility and enjoyment of cultural sites. This includes the development of technological applications and thematic tourist routes. In addition, the union between Mirabilia and PID, Punto Impresa Digitale, has given rise to the “Top of the PID Mirabilia” award, in which innovative projects in the field of tourism are honored
